DiALAB is the leading platform in Black audiovisual, connecting tradition and innovation. We catalyze creative and executive talent, fostering autonomy, ownership, and strategic growth, while building a vibrant, global ecosystem for Black creators and executives.
We craft immersive experiences, methodologies, and tools that bridge creativity, technology, and market access, pushing boundaries and generating lasting cultural, economic, and social impact.

OUR MISSION: We are an international hub dedicated to amplifying the voice, presence, and impact of Black talent. We act as catalysts for innovation and diversity of narratives in Brazil across the world, building strategic partnerships to strengthen a productive, sustainable, and powerful ecosystem for audiovisual professionals.

DiALAB Manifesto
At DiALAB, we believe in the transformative power of representativeness. Every person who walks through our doors is met with the possibility of seeing themselves reflected in another, of finding, within our stories and productions, a connection to their own identity and lived experience. This act of recognition transforms our space into one of continuous learning and growth.
When they return to their own realities, our participants carry with them not just technical know-how, but an expanded cultural and artistic repertoire ready to be shared and multiplied within their communities. Our commitment is to continuous learning and to strengthening the bonds between audiovisual professionals.
